Data Protection Notice
Who is responsible
This notice is issued by RU Sahne Sanatları Ballet and Music School under Turkish data protection law (Law no. 6698). The personal data you share through the application form is processed for the purposes set out below.
What we collect

Dance and gymnastics so far
- Has the student trained in classical ballet or dance before
- Has the student trained in gymnastics before
- Where did the training take place
- For how many years in total

Why we process it
Your data is used only to:
- place the student in the programme that suits their age, training and level,
- contact you about the application,
- plan lessons and groups,
- where health information is given, plan lessons safely.
It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
Health information
The health questions in the form — injury, surgery and physical limitation — are special category data under article 6 of the law. They are processed only to keep the student safe in class, are seen only by the teachers concerned, and are deleted once enrolment is complete. Answering them is optional.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept for at most one academic year after the application is settled, and is then deleted. If the student enrols, their record falls under the school’s enrolment procedures.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the law you may ask whether your data is being processed, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to the address below.
